About this policy

This policy covers the site budget.click. It does not apply to the Fleur app or to Akash Jain — for that, read the official privacy policy.

1. Controller

2. What this site does not do

• no advertising, marketing, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies;
• no analytics tool of any kind;
• no third-party scripts, fonts, video or widgets;
• no form, sign-up, login, comments or newsletter;
• no selling or sharing of personal information, under any definition.

3. What is stored in your browser

Two values, written to your own device's localStorage. They are never transmitted anywhere.

• mm-consent — your cookie decision, so we don't ask again on every page.
• mm-theme — the visual theme you chose.

Both are strictly necessary and identify no one. Clearing site data removes both.

4. Server logs

Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that records technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer and user-agent — to deliver the page and protect the infrastructure. That processing is done by the provider. Basis: legitimate interest. Retention: per the provider's policy.

5. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and PECR, you may request access to, correction, deletion, portability of and objection to the processing of personal data, and withdraw consent. In practice this site holds no personal data of yours it could hand over — your cookie choice and theme stay on your device. Requests about server logs go to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

6. Data handled by the app

Everything about your account in Fleur is handled by Akash Jain.

7. Children

This site is general-audience and not directed at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.

8. Changes

Changes to this policy update the date at the top. Material changes are described here rather than made silently.
